HOW TO?
PREPARE
Heat the water (not boiling) | Add the cacao
Mix it in blender or using a milk frother or spoon
Add spices | Set a heart intention | Enjoy and feel the love
DOSE
15-20g/80-100ml water for meditative use
33-42g/150-180ml water for a ceremonial dose
ESSENTIAL RECIPE
Heat up 150ml of water (not boiling)
Add 33g of Cacao
Add a pinch of chilli
Add natural sweetness if needed
Mix with whisk until smooth
Set heart intention

THE TRADITION
Honouring and celebrating cacao as a sacred drink is an ancient tradition, originating from the Maya in Mesoamerica.
In the Mayan Cosmo Vision, Cacao plays a fundamental role: opening pathways to the divine realms, allowing connection to elements and subtle forces. As “food of the gods” Cacao enjoyed high value and significance for thousands of years. It was a sign of wealth, power, abundance and fertility. Honoured in rituals, offered to the gods in ceremonies, feasts, burials and sacrifices.
The pure cacao ceremony has been reintroduced in its contemporary and multicultural form not so long ago. As this spirit plant is coming back to support the shift of humanity into the heart space.
