In a world where nothing is for certain and all is a mystery. Where we are constantly drawn into our heads, into states of fear and worry. Taken from the inside world into the outside one.
I believe that we are ever so clearly invited to surrender and live by the guidance of our hearts. The heart that knows all answers, that leads us on our path. Understanding that all that we need lays within. Remembering who we truly deeply are.
On my path the medicine of cacao has guided and supported me to connect deeper inside and to unlock the vibration of my heart.
Cacao helped to really experience and feel my spiritual heart, something that was very opaque and difficult for me for such a long time. I truly believe that cacao is one of the medicine foods of this time of change that will allow us to elevate humanity into the heart space.
Cacao is the language of the heart. It is a messenger of love. An ancient medicine that connects us with our own heart and ultimatly units us with the one heart that binds us all.
Cacao has direct effects on the brain and on the electromagnetic fields of the body and especially the heart. Something that must be experienced first hand. Cacao works on the subtle levels by energetically opening the heart center allowing us to enter a state of love and bliss. It strongly supports the act of meditation, healing work, creative expression, human connection and energetical and physical release.
CACAO SPEAKS THE LANGUAGE OF THE HEART
Honouring and celebrating cacao as a sacred drink is an ancient tradition, originating from the Mayans in Mesoamerica.
In the Mayan Cosmovision, cacao plays a fundamental role: opening pathways to the divine realms, allowing connection to elements and subtle forces. As “food of the gods” cacao enjoyed high value and significance for thousands of years. It was a sign of wealth, power, abundance and fertility.
Honoured in rituals, offered to the gods in ceremonies, feasts, burials and sacrifices.
The pure cacao ceremony has been reintroduced in its contemporary and multicultural form not so long ago . As this spirit plant is coming back to support the shift of humanity into the heart space.
