Meeting ourselves and the medicine of cacao in the center of it all, within our hearts. Opening a space to feel and experience ourselves in the light of love, in harmony and balance with all that is surrounding us. Guided by Mother Nature, Mother Cacao, the elements, the land we dance upon and each other in a circle of sisterhood, we are coming back to ourselves, to who we truly are.
A journey held in ceremony, ritual, prayer and togetherness bringing us to the essence of Cacao, the sacred earth medicine. As we experience her heart we come closer to our own heart. We gather to remember, to celebrate, to birth a new reality.
In oneness we are building the bridge to the sacred land, weaving ancient wisdom into our life and awakening to the wise women and our own inner guidance. Honoring the feminine way through the medicine of love and connecting deeper to our womb, the center of all creation and authentic expression.

With this retreat I am bringing my dream into reality to create a deep dive experience for you to receive the sacred transmissions of Mother Cacao and the wisdom she holds for you, for humanity. You will not only get to know the heart of Mother Cacao but you will also experience her truly and fully within your being. Allowing her to become a sacred ally on your path of the heart.
You will receive tools for your own offerings and your spiritual path. Anchoring even more in your practice and rituals with Mother Cacao.

OUR FLOW
We will flow through the elements, guided by the directions, and the energy of the group. Open to what wants to unfold and be experienced being in the collective field of the one heart. Here we not only meet ourselves but each other. All held by Mother Cacao and Mother Nature.
Nature, without and within, will be our playground.
Imagine waking up in the middle of nature starting your day with a centering morning practice. Followed by ceremonies, rituals, workshops or your own quiet moments to become more intimate with Mother Cacao and yourself.
Evenings will be closed with nurturing rituals and one night we will pray and sing around the fire underneath the stars.
Each day is curated with so much love and attention to detail and the uniqueness of the medicine of Cacao.

OUR SANCTURY
Welcome to the newly opened holistic sactuary GROUNDED ROOTS, nestled in the beautiful nature of the Utrechtse Heuvelrug, surrounded by forest and a lake, right in the heart of the Netherlands.
The perfect sanctuary to retreat yourself and to unwind from your daily life. A place to feel and nurture yourself while gathering in togetherness and being held by each other and Mother Nature.
A space to connect to your own heart and the heart of the earth, Pachamama.
This haven offers the perfect sacred ground for softening into being, living in harmony with the land and the elements surrounding us. The spacious garden offers precious little resting places for your own moments with Mother Nature and Mama Cacao.
Swimming pool and sauna offer beautiful spots to relax and unwind. One evening we gather around the fire place for a magical time underneath the stars.
NOURISHMENT
Daily organic, fresh, plant based meals prepared with so much love and intention to nourish your body throughout the retreat. Depending on the day, you’ll receive a light breakfast, a nutritious lunch, snack, dinner & drinks and in-between fruits and snacks.
The food will be light and simple, so we can taste and enjoy food as medicine in all ways. The food is tailored to support us on our inner journey in perfect harmony with the medicine of Cacao.
THIS IS MY PRAYER
I pray for us to awaken to the medicine of the heart. Since meeting Mother Cacao 7 years ago I know I am here to follow her beating heart of aliveness. I am here to create prayer and ceremonial experiences to bring her message into the world. Spaces where we can come into true connection with our hearts and truth.
In ways I feel I became the embodiment of Mother Cacao. She has tought me self love and compassion, expanded my heart in completely new ways and helped me to anchor more deeply within my body and in the courage of my own heart.
It has been my dream since years to create a retreat as a deep dive in-person experience into the heart and essence of Mother Cacao, while ultimately diving into your own heart and essence.
Now it is becoming a reality with you.
